We do not accept returns for any beauty product apart from Manufacturing Defect or Damage during transportation. In case the products arrive with damages, wrong delivery or mismatched products, please send an email to us within 24 hours of the delivery at enquiries@soilandearth.com with a image of the damaged product attached or details of the exact issue related to the order along with the Order ID. If your claim is found valid, we would be happy to make a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the damaged product.We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product.
